About This Caster - ET5X2TPD
Set this 5-inch total-lock swivel on the corners of a medium-duty quiet-area cart that has to park dead-still, where a taller soft wheel steers easier and the total lock pins the cart.
The total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together in one pedal, so the loaded cart cannot roll or pivot once it is set. The wheel is Pemco's Thermo-Rubber donut tread on a polypropylene core, a soft grey thermoplastic rubber that rolls quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions floor seams. The roller bearing carries the weight, the taller 5-inch wheel steers easier over seams between moves, and the 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck.

- Total lock pinning a 5-inch soft-tread swivel against drift
- Taller cushioned swivel silent between parked moves
