110 Series Kingpinless Casters

The 110 Series is an Albion kingpinless caster line rated 1,500 to 2,000 lbs per caster. It uses a sealed raceway instead of a central kingpin bolt, giving reliable heavy-duty service on industrial carts and equipment without the bulk of the heaviest series.

Kingpinless construction removes the central bolt that loosens or breaks under shock and side loads, replacing it with a sealed raceway. This gives better durability for towing, platform trucks, and carts that get jolted under load, which is why the 110 Series uses it.

Each 110 Series caster carries 1,500 to 2,000 lbs depending on wheel size and material. Divide your total load across all casters and add a safety margin. For heavier loads, step up to the 310 or 410 Contender series.

Metal and polyurethane, in 5, 6, and 8 inch sizes. Metal handles hard floors, heat, and the heaviest loads, while polyurethane protects floors and rolls quietly. Choose based on your floor and whether floor protection or maximum capacity matters more.
