About This Caster - 110FR06201SFBC
Specify this 6-inch ductile iron swivel where a hot, heavy cart crosses debris, takes hits, and then has to park and hold, where a smaller wheel jams and grey cast iron cracks on the impact.
The 6-inch diameter rolls over scale and seams that stop a smaller wheel, and ductile iron flexes to absorb a shock that splits a brittle grey cast iron wheel while holding a hard load to 800°F. Albion's 110 Series rides fully heat-treated, kingpinless raceways with no kingpin to shear, the face brake presses on the wheel to stop it once the cart is staged, and the roller bearing turns the weight slowly.
