About This Caster - ES4X2TPRB
Set this 4-inch E-line swivel on the front corners of a towed cart that steers at speed, the wide-tread TPR caster whose precision ball bearing keeps the swivel rolling cool and true as the cart is pulled.
The swivel turns to steer the cart, and the precision ball bearing runs cool and true through a sustained pull where a plain bore would heat, which a towed front corner needs. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, the 4-inch diameter keeps the deck low, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
Ideal applications
- Front corners of towed carts that steer at speed
- Cool true swivel roll under a sustained pull
- Low bolt-on decks in the E-line load class
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart pushes the top of the E-line range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron wheel handles it where soft rubber gives.
