Specify this 2.5-inch conductive Performa rubber swivel with the top lock brake for the parking corner of a static-safe tubular cart, the caster that both drains charge to ground and locks the wheel where the cart parks.

It combines two safety features: the conductive tread bleeds static off the cart so it cannot spark in an ESD or flammable area, and the top lock brake stops the wheel so a parked cart holds at a station. The wheel keeps the soft, quiet, non-marking Performa ride on a ball bearing, and the 1/2-inch modular stem snaps into an open round tube leg. At 2.5 inches it keeps a low deck. It is the static-safe braked corner for a tube-leg cart in a sensitive area.
