Choose this 2.5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the modular stem for a quiet tubular-leg cart that gets pushed all day, the soft-tread caster that snaps into an open round tube and rolls smooth on a ball bearing.
The 1/2-inch modular stem expands into an open round tube leg and locks with no weld or thread, the way many institutional carts are built, and the soft Grey Performa rubber tread keeps the cart quiet and non-marking. The ball bearing is what suits it to a busy cart, keeping the small wheel rolling smooth through the constant starts and stops a plain bearing would stiffen under. At 2.5 inches it stays maneuverable in tight aisles. It is the quiet snap-in steering caster for a tube-leg cart.
