About This Caster - ET5X2TPR
Match this 5-inch E-line swivel to a loaded utility cart that must park dead square at a bench, the total-lock TPR caster whose brake freezes the wheel and the swivel while a roller bearing carries the weight between moves.
A total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head together, so a loaded cart stays square to a bench and cannot creep or rotate, and the roller bearing carries the E-line load at a walk for less than a precision bore. The 5-inch diameter clears a thicker seam than a 4-inch, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.

- Thicker seams a 5-inch total-lock front clears
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron caster takes the load where rubber flattens.
