About This Caster - ET4X2TPRD
Choose this 4-inch E-line swivel for a wash-area cart that must park dead square on a wet floor, the total-lock TPR caster whose brake freezes the wheel and the swivel while a greaseless Delrin bore rides out the damp.
A total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head together, so the cart holds square and cannot creep or rotate on a sloped wet floor, and the Delrin bearing has no grease to rinse out and no race to corrode. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, the 4-inch diameter keeps the deck low, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a sealed wet floor.

- Wash-area carts that park dead square on a wet floor
- Greaseless fronts that hold square against a slope
- Damp aisles where the cart cannot rotate out of line
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron caster stands up where soft rubber sets.
