Specify this 4-inch E-line swivel for a medium cart that should never need a grease gun, the wide-tread TPR caster whose Delrin bore runs maintenance-free on a bolt-on plate.
The Delrin plain bearing is sealed-quiet and rust-proof, so a service or wash cart keeps swiveling where a packed ball bearing would seize, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate gives a secure medium-duty mount. The 4-inch diameter keeps the deck low, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core rolls soft and quiet on a finished or damp floor and leaves no marks.
