About This Caster - ES6X2PHNDTBK
Set this 6-inch phenolic swivel on the steering corners of a heavy wash-down or oven-line cart that has to roll grease-free, steer, and hold, with a tall wheel that clears debris.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint, shrugs off oil and solvent, and holds from -45°F to 250°F. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free with no grease to wash out, the swivel steers on the tall 6-inch wheel that clears seams and debris, and the tread-lock brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart still. The brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
Ideal applications
- Steering corners of heavy wash-down and oven-line carts
- Delrin bearing grease-free on a tall 6-inch wheel
- Tread lock to hold, oil and heat resistance to 250°F
On a finished floor the hard phenolic marks; a poly-on-iron ES6X2MOP rides non-marking where this wheel does not.
