About This Caster - ER6X2PHNDTBK
Set this 6-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a wash-down or oven-line cart that rolls grease-free and then has to hold, where a maintenance-free bearing meets a tread-lock brake.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and resists oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free with no grease to wash out, the 6-inch wheel rolls over seams and debris, and the tread-lock brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart still. The rigid fork holds the line, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.

- Back corners of wash-down oven-line carts that roll then hold
- Delrin bearing grease-free, tread lock on a 6-inch wheel
- Phenolic wheel inert to wash chemicals to 250°F
