About This Caster - ER6X2PHND
Set this 6-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a wash-down or clean-line cart, where the bearing has to run grease-free and a tall wheel clears debris over a hot floor.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and resists oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free and corrosion-proof, with no grease to wash out, so it suits wash-down lines, and the tall 6-inch wheel rolls over seams and debris. The rigid fork holds the line, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of tall wash-down and clean-line carts
- Maintenance-free Delrin bearing on a 6-inch rigid
- Tall phenolic wheel inert to oil and heat at 250°F
