Set this 5-inch polypropylene rigid on a mid-deck wash-down cart corner that runs wet with no maintenance and has to lock when parked.

The Delrin acetal bearing needs no grease and cannot rust, so it survives a wash-down bay, and the tread lock brake presses a pad onto the hard polypropylene tread to stop the wheel rolling, holding a parked cart on a slope from a rigid corner. The wheel ignores water and cleaners, and at 5 inches it clears a threshold at a lower deck than the 6-inch. It bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate and holds from -45 to 180°F.
