Set this 4-inch E-line rigid on the braked back corner of a low non-marking cart that parks on a grade, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread carries the load and whose tread lock holds the rear against roll-back.

A TPR rubber wheel flat-spots under a heavy parked load; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core carries the higher E-line load without setting and stays non-marking, and the tread lock clamps the rear wheel so a loaded cart on a slope cannot roll back. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the 4-inch diameter keeps the rear low, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart works near heat over 180°F or on oily floors; a phenolic E-line wheel takes oil and heat to 250°F where TUM gives.
