Choose this 4-inch A-Line swivel for a deep-leg tool cart that pauses at the bench, the long threaded-stem TPR caster whose 1/2-13 x 1-1/2 stem bites deep and stops on a side foot brake.
The longer 1-1/2-inch thread engages a deep insert fully so a side-nudged tool cart will not work loose, and the side brake is a foot lever that pins the wheel at a stop while tools are pulled. The 4-inch diameter keeps the cart at the workhorse height, the precision ball bearing turns smooth, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a shop floor.
