Specify this 4-inch A-Line swivel for a deep-leg fixture cart that must park square, the long threaded-stem TPR caster whose 1/2-13 x 1-1/2 stem bites deep and whose total lock freezes the wheel and the swivel.
The longer 1-1/2-inch thread engages a deep insert fully for a mount that resists side load, and the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head so a fixture or jig cart stays aligned through the work. The 4-inch diameter keeps the cart at the workhorse height, the precision ball bearing turns smooth between moves, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
