It stops the swivel from turning, not the wheel from rolling, which keeps a towed cart from wandering down a line. The AX build brings kingpinless durability and up to 1,000 pounds of capacity at this size, and at 5 inches it clears thresholds. The maroon round-profile polyurethane tread is non-marking and easy-rolling on a lightweight aluminum core. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
