About This Caster - 120EG05229SFBD
Set this 5-inch polyurethane swivel with a face brake on a heavier washdown cart that has to steer, clear thresholds, then lock down.
A face brake presses a shoe against the wheel to stop it, holding a loaded sanitary cart on its spot. At 5 inches it clears seams while steering, the kingpinless welded swivel takes the shock of a heavier load without a kingpin to loosen, and the stainless frame resists washdown corrosion. The blue polyurethane tread is non-marking and easy-rolling. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 6-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
