About This Caster - 120EG05229S
Set this 5-inch polyurethane swivel on a steering corner of a heavier washdown cart that has to maneuver and clear thresholds.
At 5 inches the swivel rolls over seams a smaller wheel catches while keeping the cart easy to steer, and the kingpinless swivel section, welded to the legs inside and out, carries the shock that a heavier cart puts through a swivel without a kingpin to work loose. The blue polyurethane tread is non-marking and easy-rolling, and the stainless frame resists washdown corrosion. It steers on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 6-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
