About This Caster - ES5X2POD
Pick this 5-inch swivel as the economical hard-wheel caster for a medium-duty cart that needs more threshold clearance than a 4-inch wheel.
The 5-inch diameter clears a higher seam and rolls debris a 4-inch wheel catches, and the wheel is a USA-made polyolefin, a hard black tread that rolls easy on smooth floors, will not flat-spot, and resists moisture from -45 to 180°F. The roller bearing carries a medium-heavy load through slow travel, and it bolts down through the standard E-line 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate. It is the plain rolling corner of the 5-inch polyolefin E-line.
