About This Caster - ES4X2PHNB
Set this 4-inch phenolic swivel on the steering corners of a hand-pushed cart on an oily floor, where a precision ball bearing keeps the cart steering light under load on a low deck.
The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and shrugs off oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The precision ball bearing cuts the starting and rolling effort, so a loaded cart steers with one hand, the swivel turns the low 4-inch wheel, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
