About This Caster - ER8X2TPR
Match this 8-inch E-line rigid to the back corners of the biggest TPR haul cart, the fixed caster whose roller bearing carries the most dead weight while the tall wheel rolls over the worst floor.
A rigid caster tracks straight, the roller bearing carries the most dead weight of the E-line bores at a walk, and the 8-inch diameter rolls over expansion joints and broken concrete that stop a smaller rear. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core keeps even a heavy haul quiet and non-marking indoors.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of the biggest TPR haul carts
- Roller-bore weight rolled over expansion joints
- Tall rears that cross broken concrete on a straight line
Skip the TPR wheel if the load runs near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron E-line caster bears the haul where rubber gives way.
