About This Caster - ER6X2MOR
Set this 6-inch rubber-on-iron rigid on the fixed corners of a medium-duty cart that has to roll quiet and soak up a rough floor.
The wheel is mold-on-rubber bonded to a cast-iron core, so the rubber tread cushions shock and runs quiet over seams and broken concrete while the iron center carries the load, and at 6 inches it clears thresholds and lowers push effort on a long run. Being rigid it does not swivel, holding the line behind the steering corners on a straight pull. It runs on a roller bearing and bolts down on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, holding from -40 to 180°F.

To stop the wheel rolling once parked, the tread-lock ER6X2MORTBK adds a brake.
