About This Caster - ER5X2TUMD
Set this 5-inch E-line rigid on the back corners of a non-marking wash cart, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread carries the load while a greaseless Delrin bore rides out a wet floor.
A packed ball bearing seizes in a wash area and a rubber wheel sets flat under load; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core holds its shape under the E-line load and stays non-marking, and the Delrin bearing has no grease to rinse out and no race to corrode. The 5-inch diameter clears a wet-floor seam, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

- Greaseless rear bore that rides out a wet floor
- Wash loads a rubber tread cannot carry without setting
Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart works near heat over 180°F or on oily floors; a phenolic E-line wheel rides out oil and heat to 250°F where TUM softens.
