Set this 5-inch E-line rigid on the braked back corner of a wash-area haul cart, the fixed TPR caster whose tread lock holds the taller rear while a greaseless Delrin bore rides out a wet floor.

A rigid caster tracks straight, and the tread lock clamps the rear wheel so a wash cart parked on a wet slope cannot drift, while the Delrin bearing has no grease to rinse out and no race to corrode. The 5-inch diameter clears a wet-floor drain a 4-inch catches on, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
