About This Caster - ER5X2TPRD
Set this 5-inch E-line rigid on the back corners of a medium cart that runs straight through a wash area, the fixed TPR caster whose Delrin bore needs no grease while the wider tread holds a true line.
A rigid caster tracks straight, so two of these anchor the rear of a cart while front swivels steer, and the Delrin bearing has no grease to wash out and no race to corrode in a damp space. The 5-inch diameter clears a wet-floor seam, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft, quiet, and non-marking on a sealed floor.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of medium carts in wash areas
- Damp floors where a greaseless bore is required
- Straight tracking paired with front swivels
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart runs near the top of its load range or near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron E-line caster handles the load and temperature where soft rubber softens.
