About This Caster - ER4X2MOP
Set this 4-inch rigid on the back corners of a low loaded cart that has to track straight, where the deck rides low and the wheel has to carry weight without marking a finished floor.
The wheel molds a polyurethane tread onto a cast iron core from Pemco: the iron carries the load without the flex a plastic core shows, while the red poly tread keeps the roll non-marking and quiet on a finished floor. At 4 inches the wheel keeps the deck low, the rigid fork holds the line so the cart tracks straight, and the roller bearing carries the weight. The 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the tread holds to 180°F.

- Cast iron core carrying weight without plastic-core flex
- Non-marking red poly tread on a finished floor
