About This Caster - ES4X2MOP
Set this 4-inch swivel on the front corners of a low loaded cart that has to steer in tight space, where the deck rides low and the wheel carries weight without marking a finished floor.
The wheel molds a polyurethane tread onto a cast iron core from Pemco: the iron carries the load without the flex a plastic core shows, and the red poly tread keeps the roll non-marking on a finished floor. At 4 inches the deck stays low, the swivel turns on a roller bearing so the cart steers with one hand, and the 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck. The tread holds to 180°F.
Ideal applications
- Front corners of low loaded carts steered in tight space
- Cast iron core under a non-marking red poly tread
- Low 4-inch deck on a one-hand swivel
