About This Caster - AS35H1TPUTL

Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a demo or kiosk cart that gets wheeled in and then has to sit dead-still, where the taller wheel rolls over thresholds and a total lock pins it down.

Pemco builds the A-Line TPU as a thermo-urethane tread over a cast iron core, so the grey wheel leaves no marks and the iron hub takes the 350-lb load class without flat-spotting. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and the swivel together, so a placed kiosk sits still on a showroom floor and will not creep, the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears thresholds on the way in, and it mounts on a 1/2-inch hollow kingpin. The precision ball bearing keeps the roll easy, and the tread holds to 180°F.
