Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a mobile workstation that crosses thresholds and parks at a bench, where a taller wheel clears the track and a side brake holds it in place.

This A-Line wheel from Pemco is thermo-urethane bonded to a cast iron core, a grey tread that rolls non-marking and quiet while the iron center carries the load a hollow plastic wheel would flatten. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the workstation holds at the bench while the swivel still turns, the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears door tracks, and it mounts on a 1/2-inch hollow kingpin. The precision ball bearing keeps the roll light, and the tread holds to 180°F.
