About This Caster - AS35H1TPR
Fit this 3-1/2-inch A-Line swivel to an inspection or test rig that takes one bolt, the hollow-kingpin TPR caster that mounts through its center with a single 1/2-inch bolt and rolls free for a portable frame.
The hollow kingpin lets a 1/2-inch bolt pass through the center to hold the caster, so a rolling rig mounts to a frame with one drilled hole and a worn unit swaps out fast, and the 3-1/2-inch diameter gives a bit more floor clearance than a 3-inch on a shop floor. The precision ball bearing turns smooth, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.

Skip the TPR wheel if the frame loads hard or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron E-line wheel carries the duty where rubber flattens.
