Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a trade-show rack that wheels in on a grip-ring frame and then has to sit dead-still, where the taller wheel clears thresholds and a total lock pins it down.

The Pemco A-Line TPU wheel is thermo-urethane on a cast iron core, a grey non-marking tread that carries the 350-lb load class on an iron center that holds round. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and the swivel together, so a placed rack sits still on a hall floor and will not creep, the 7/16-inch grip-ring stem snaps into a tube-leg socket, and the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears thresholds on the way in. The precision ball bearing keeps the roll easy, and the tread holds to 180°F.
