About This Leveling Caster - GD-40F
Put this Foot Master GD-40F under small benchtop machines and light test equipment that has to roll to a new spot and then sit rock-steady once it gets there.
A leveling caster does two jobs in one part: the 42mm nylon wheel lets you push the equipment into position, then you turn the foot down to lift that wheel off the floor and rest the machine on an anti-vibration pad that holds it dead-level and stops it from walking. The GD-40F is the smallest tier in the GD line, so its compact 55mm by 55mm top plate suits light frames where a full-size leveler would not fit. The hard nylon wheel rolls easily and resists chemicals, and the foot pad damps vibration once it is set. It serves from 14°F to 194°F.
