About This Caster - D4.08109.839 DT SS WB29
Go with this 8-inch Defender D4 swivel when a maxed-out chemical-area cart steers, carries weight slowly, and clears the biggest obstacles.
The swivel head puts steering at the front of the cart, with a 6.375-inch swivel radius to allow, while the roller bearing gives that swivel the highest capacity of the three bearings, carrying serious weight at a slow, controlled pace. The heavy-duty glass-filled nylon wheel takes heavy point loads and resists chemicals and moisture without absorbing water. The tallest 8-inch wheel clears the widest cracks and big obstacles, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Glass-filled nylon is hard with no cushioning and can scratch a soft floor. It serves from -20 to 180°F.
