About This Caster - D4.08108.839 DT SS WB29
Reach for this 8-inch Defender D4 rigid when a heavy-duty cart carries maximum nylon load slowly across rough ground.
This is the highest-capacity 8-inch HD nylon build: the roller bearing carries the most weight of the three bearings at a slow pace, and the tallest 8-inch wheel bridges the widest cracks and clears big obstacles with the least effort. The heavy-duty glass-filled nylon wheel takes heavy point loads while resisting chemicals and moisture, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Glass-filled nylon is hard with no cushioning and can scratch a soft floor. Rigid means it tracks straight at the rear. It serves from -20 to 180°F.
