Put this 8-inch Defender D4 rigid under a quiet, finished-floor cart that must ride over the roughest floors and rolls often at a fair clip.
The grey flat-tread Performa rubber wheel runs quietly and protects finished floors as Colson's non-marking institutional tread, its flat profile giving a planted feel. The pedestal precision ball bearing keeps it rolling smoothly on faster, frequent trips and tow lines. At 8 inches it is the tallest wheel in the line, bridging the widest cracks and clearing the biggest obstacles, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Soft rubber keeps the load class modest, so this is the quiet, floor-friendly choice for the worst floors. Rigid means it tracks straight at the rear. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
