Choose this 8-inch Defender D4 rigid when a quiet cart must ride over the roughest floors with the least effort, grease-free, on a stable footprint.
At 8 inches this is the tallest wheel in the line, bridging the widest cracks and clearing the biggest obstacles so the operator pushes with far less effort. The grey flat-tread Performa rubber wheel runs quietly and protects finished floors as Colson's non-marking institutional tread, its flat profile giving a planted feel. The Delrin plain bearing runs grease-free and corrosion-proof, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Soft rubber keeps the load class modest, so this is the quiet, low-upkeep choice for the worst floors. Rigid means it tracks straight at the rear. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
