Specify this 5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and modular hollow-rivet stem for a socket-frame cart that has to stay exactly where you set it, the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel and the tall 5-inch tread that clears the biggest obstacles.
A top-lock brake stops only the wheel, but the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together, so the cart neither rolls nor turns when you step on it, the ball bearing rolls a loaded cart easy while you move, the modular stem presses into a socket for a fast mount, and the tall 5-inch Performa rubber tread clears the biggest thresholds. Confirm your socket takes the 1/2-inch hollow-rivet stem before you order. It is the fully-locking tall-wheel rubber swivel for a socket-frame cart that must hold its spot.
