Specify this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and 1/2-13 threaded stem for a tapped-boss cart that must park dead still, the one-inch thread that seats in a standard half-inch boss and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The 1/2-13 stem threads into a half-inch boss with the one-inch length seated fully, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns once parked, the ball bearing rolls a loaded cart easy while you move it, and the bigger 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds. Confirm your boss is 1/2-13 UNC before you order. It is the standard-thread fully-locking big-wheel rubber swivel for a tapped-boss cart that must hold its spot.
