Specify this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, top lock brake, and 1/2-13 threaded stem for a busy tapped-boss cart that parks at a station, the one-inch thread that seats in a standard boss and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The 1/2-13 stem threads into a half-inch boss with the one-inch length seated fully, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the ball bearing rolls a loaded cart easy, and the 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds.
