About This Caster - 2.03254.53 MTG14 BRK1
Choose this 3.5-inch polyolefin swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and 5/8-18 fine-thread stem for vibrating wash-down equipment that has to hold at a stop, the UNF fine pitch that resists working loose and the brake that pins the wheel where you park it.
A fine UNF thread carries more threads per inch than a coarse stem, so it grips a fine-tapped boss and is slow to back out under a running machine, the polyolefin wheel shrugs off washdown where rubber would swell, the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease, and the top lock brake stops the wheel at a station. Confirm your boss is 5/8-18 UNF before you order. It is the fine-thread braked polyolefin swivel for vibration-prone wash-down equipment.

- Vibrating wash equipment on a 5/8-18 UNF fine-tapped boss
- Machine base that must not back out under running vibration
- Wet station where the wheel locks against creep
Boss is a coarse 5/8-11, or you want a full lock? Use the coarse stem or step up to a total-lock brake.
