About This Caster - 2.03254.53 MTG14
Choose this 3.5-inch polyolefin swivel with the Delrin bearing and 5/8-18 fine-thread stem for equipment that vibrates on a fine-tapped boss, the UNF fine pitch that resists working loose and the Black polyolefin wheel that water will not break down.
A fine UNF thread has more threads per inch than a coarse UNC stem, so it grips a fine-tapped boss with more contact and is slower to vibrate loose under a running machine, the polyolefin wheel shrugs off washdown where rubber would swell, the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease, and the swivel steers the equipment into place. Confirm your boss is 5/8-18 UNF, not a coarse 5/8-11, before you order. It is the fine-thread polyolefin swivel for vibration-prone boss-mounted equipment.

- Mount that must resist working loose under a running machine
- Wash-down area where a hard wheel resists water
Boss is a coarse 5/8-11 thread, or you want cushioning? Use the coarse-thread stem or a rubber tread instead.
