About This Caster - LK-POW 100KF-1-FI
Use this 100mm heavy-duty swivel on a high-load cart that runs quiet on a hard floor and must park dead still.
The stop-fix is a total lock: one pedal stops the wheel rolling and locks the swivel from turning at the same time, so a loaded cart stays exactly where it was set instead of drifting on its swivel. The wheel is a hard nylon 6 with a rubber damping ring that cuts the noise and vibration a bare nylon wheel makes, carrying a high load on a smooth floor with a thread-guarded ball bearing. The strong LK pressed-steel bracket carries the swivel on a 100 by 85mm top plate, holding from -4 to 176°F.
