About This Caster - 62TM08407R
Set this wide 8-inch 62 Series rigid under the heaviest oven or die cart, the phenolic caster whose 2-1/2 inch tread spreads a hard-wheel load and holds up to 250°F.
The extra half inch of tread width spreads a heavy load across more phenolic, so the wide 8-inch wheel carries more than the standard 2-inch tread without digging in, and it rolls easy under that load. The hard resin runs from -65°F to 250°F and shrugs off oil and solvent. The roller bearing carries the weight, and the plate bolts flat on a 10-1/8 mount. The hard tread marks soft floors and rides stiff.

- Heat-stable resin to 250°F under heavy weight
Skip the phenolic wheel on a finished floor or under heavy impact; it marks and can crack on a sharp hit, so a polyurethane 62PD08201R rolls non-marking and a cast iron 62CA08201R takes the shock.
