Set this 6-inch 62 Series rigid under a loaded cart that runs long finished-floor routes, the polyurethane-on-aluminum caster whose precision ball bearing keeps the push light and whose tread marks nothing.

The precision ball bearing carries the 6-inch poly-on-aluminum wheel with low starting and rolling effort, so a loaded cart moves under hand power on a finished floor instead of a shoulder. The green tread grips without marking, the aluminum core holds round under load, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 plate bolts flat on a 7-1/2 mount height. The tread tops out at 180°F.

Ideal applications

• Long finished-floor routes under hand power
• 6-inch poly wheel rolling low-effort on a ball bearing
• Non-marking tread on a corrosion-free aluminum core

Past 180°F the poly tread gives up; a phenolic 62TM06201R rolls hard and heat-stable to 250°F where the floor runs hot.
