Set this 4-inch 62 Series rigid on the back corners of a heavy quiet cart that runs a finished floor, the mold-on rubber on cast iron caster whose iron core carries the load where a plastic-core rubber wheel deforms and runs out of round.
A polypropylene-core rubber wheel softens and goes oval under a heavy industrial load; the 62 Series mold-on rubber tread is bonded to a cast iron core that holds its shape under far more weight, while the rubber stays quiet and non-marking on a clean floor. The roller bearing carries the dead weight at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. Industrial-duty.
