About This Caster - 16SZ06227SFBA
Choose this 6-inch braked semi-pneumatic swivel for a cart that carries a shock-sensitive load over rough floor and then has to be parked and held, where the cushioned ride and a wheel brake both matter.
The semi-pneumatic wheel is a solid foam-filled tire that cushions the ride like an air wheel but cannot go flat, and the face brake clamps a shoe against the tread to hold the cart in place. It rides on a radial ball bearing and a zinc-plated aluminium centre that stays light and rust-free. The 6-inch diameter rolls over rough transitions a smaller wheel stalls on.
