About This Caster - 16CA04201S
Choose this 4-inch 16 Series swivel for the front of a low oven-line cart, the cast iron caster whose wheel steers through heat to 800°F at a low profile where every elastomer and resin tread fails.
Rubber gives by 180°F and phenolic chars past 250°F; the 16 Series cast iron wheel carries the highest load and steers through radiant heat to 800°F, and the 4-inch diameter keeps a hot cart low so it loads and turns stable. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
