Choose this 4-inch Regent swivel for a round tube leg that takes a press-in stem and a cart that has to roll quiet across a finished floor.

The 7/16-inch grip-ring stem pushes into a round leg and an expanding brass band grips the inner wall, so it seats by hand with no threading and no nut. The wheel is a soft grey thermoplastic rubber on a polyolefin core, a 1-inch tread that rolls near-silent, leaves no marks, and cushions the seams a hard wheel would clatter over, holding from -40 to 180°F. At 4 inches it clears thresholds better than a low-profile wheel, which suits furniture, store fixtures, and service carts.
