About This Leveling Mount - SSW-4
Specify the SSW-4 under heavy sanitary machinery, a 3-inch stainless swivel on a 3/4-10 stud, for the kind of load that needs a big foot and the kind of room that ruins a coated one.
A 3-inch pad carries serious weight, and on a heavy machine the swivel earns its keep twice over: it seats all four feet flat so the frame does not pound its high corner, and the Stainless Steel means the foot can be re-leveled clean after a wet floor settles under that load. A plated 3/4-10 stud in a washdown bay rusts in the closed thread and seizes, so the next adjustment cannot move it. Stainless keeps the heavy thread serviceable for the life of the line.

- Heavy process machine on a sloped epoxy floor hosed every shift
- Stainless tank skid that must re-level true after the slab settles
- Loaded sanitary frame in a daily caustic wash-down zone
